Matthew Stiffler brings a unique blend of leadership, dedication, and people-first service to his role as a REALTOR® in Fairhope, Alabama. Originally from Leonardtown, Maryland, Matthew found his way to the Gulf Coast, where he now calls Fairhope home and actively serves the community through both real estate and quarterback coaching.
With a background in retail and years of leadership experience—including playing quarterback at Sterling College—Matthew has built a strong foundation in communication, accountability, and teamwork. His passion for real estate was sparked early, inspired by his parents’ experience as rental property owners. Today, that passion fuels his commitment to helping clients not only find the right property but also feel empowered and confident throughout the process.
